Note: This Owner's Registration does not constitute a product warranty registration. Please consult the literature that accompanies your SWR product for warranty terms and limitations. Your original sales receipt is your verification of proof and date of purchase for validation of warranty claims. Please retain your sales receipt for the term length of the warranty of the product. In the event that you have a claim for warranty service, this receipt must be presented at the time of service for appropriate consideration.

All required fields are marked in blue and must be completed for product registration. Please have your sales receipt nearby for reference. Proof of purchase (bill of sale) required for warranty coverage.

Please note that the retail chain Mars Music declared bankruptcy and filed for chapter 11 protection in late October 2002. Its stock is now being sold off by a liquidator "as is"—which means "regardless of condition"; unfortunately, this may include units that have been damaged in shipping or are otherwise in need of service or repair. This, plus the fact that the liquidator is not an Authorized SWR Dealer, effectively voids the manufacturer's warranty on any SWR product that was purchased from this liquidator through a Mars Music outlet after Oct. 31, 2002.

In the event that you have purchased a defective product from this liquidator, the correct course of action is to take the unit that you purchased from the liquidator to a local SWR service center for repair.
